We sold the house!!!

we have a few things to fix in the next day or two from the inspection but we sold the house. We will be closing in 4 weeks from tomorrow and no i have not packed a think, and yes i am freeking out to say at the lest. we will be staying with a friend that goes to the kids school thank you lacy thanks you lacy!!!!!!!!!
we are going to put all the stuff we will not be using for the next 2-6 months in one of those Pods and we will be "homeless" for say till our home is built. we will be going to my dads house after he is done with it and we will live with him till we get ours built i hope by the end of the summer to be there. one of my biggest fears right now is when we move to the new school as the boys hate change we have told them and they seem ok for now but i am sure when school starts it will not be easy for them but it will be ok i keep telling my self!!

this is the layout of our new home it is a 4 bedroom and we will change it to a 5 bedroom with two living and two dinning and 3 car garage it is large enought for all us to grow in and even add to our family there!!

chris and i have always had the goal of being morgage free by the time the kids were out of high school and we will now reach that goal by the time they are in 2nd grade and we are building a home that is of our dreams!!!! there are still ruff times ahead and we are asking for prayers of any kind for our family

That is great Stephanie. Where is the new house? And, how in the world have you accomplished such a grand thing as being mortgage free? You probably would rather email me than reply here - I think you still have my email address.

Anyway - what a fabulous accmplishment. Congrats!

Yeah! Glad to read that the house sold so that you can finalize your plans for your move to the country!

This is awesome news, Steph! I am so proud of you, Chris, and the boys. Being mortgage free is a HUGE deal. Jon and I are working on it... but have several more years to go. I am proud that you have/will be able to accomplish it at such a young age and while your kids are so young. Way to go - congrats!!! (Keep us up to date as you HAVE TIME on how the new house is coming!)
